We look at local rules, seasonality and the type of demand around you. Some homes perform best on nightly stays, others on thirty-day-plus corporate and mid-term placements. We recommend based on the numbers, not a default.
For corporate and mid-term placements: business executives, travelling nurses, academics, project teams, corporate relocations and insurance housing. Every corporate guest is vetted.
We support you through licensing, insurance and any contractual requirements in your jurisdiction as part of onboarding, so the property is compliant before it is listed.
